FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical diagnostics for determining specific features of human reaction. Method consists in the fact that test person on screen of video monitor is presented with two test objects (TO) in the form of closed circuits, at the moment of supposed merging of TO, tested by pressing "Stop" button stops their movement, wherein mismatching error is calculated – time delay error with positive sign or lead-off – with negative sign, described procedure is repeated the specified number of times, after which calculating reaction time Tp of a person to a moving object as an arithmetic mean value by formula , where ti – time of i-th delay error with positive sign or lead with negative sign, ms; n is number of tests; after pressing the "Stop" button, the person being tested is again exposed to the initial dimensions TO, configuration and location on the screen, and is characterized by that the tested person in an arbitrary place of the screen is exposed to the similar configuration and different size TO, TO move with constant speed along straight trajectories crossing in conditional point and simultaneously change their geometrical sizes, wherein the conditional intersection point corresponds to the alignment of the TO centres, the TO movement along the screen is simulated with movement in the “x-y” plane, the change in their geometrical dimensions imitates movement in the “z” plane.

EFFECT: method provides expansion of technological capabilities of known methods due to determination of reaction time in conditions of motion of test objects along different trajectories in rectangular coordinate system in space "x-y-z".
