FIELD: medicine, gynecology. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of omega-shaped suture; bringing of thread on the side of serous membrane of uterus through thickness of wound wall at some distance from wound edge to wound bottom, with loop left in wound hollow; bringing of thread from the side wound wall, closer to its edge, and further on from side of serous membrane on opposite side of wound in region of its edge to bottom of wound hollow, with loop left in it; bringing out of thread through thickness of wound opposite wall and retreating from its edge. Wound both walls are sutured 2-4 times by omega-shaped sutures. Method allows formation of delicate nondeformable cicatrix on uterus. EFFECT: higher efficiency of wound suturing. 2 dwg
