FIELD: construction, particularly for injection and bored cast-in-place pile erection during building base and foundation construction.
SUBSTANCE: method involves drilling well in ground and filling the well with concrete. Well is drilled simultaneously with soil-cement pile forming by immersing hollow casing pipe in ground. The casing pipe has one end closed during casing pipe immersion in ground and is provided with monitor fixedly secured to the closed end. Monitor is adapted to erode ground by hardening mix jet along with following ground mixing with hardening mix up to design well depth reaching. After that monitor is removed from hollow casing pipe and reinforcement frame is installed in the casing pipe. The casing pipe is filled with concrete having sloppy consistency up to well head. Following pile body is formed by progressive casing pipe lifting along with simultaneously concrete mix supply under pressure in well up to formed space filling.
EFFECT: increased quality, service life and load-bearing ability of injection piles along with decreased construction time due to increased capacity.
