SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a sprayer for applying coatings, intended for installation on the arm end of a multi-axis robot with a manipulator. Sprayer (1) comprises element (4) for air direction and fasteners (6, 8) for installation of element (4) on fixed element (2) of sprayer. Fasteners (6, 8) comprise at least one magnetic attracting device (6) installed on the first component from element (4) for air direction and fixed element (2), and at least one ferromagnetic part (8) made of ferromagnetic material, intended for interaction with magnetic attraction means (6), and which is mounted on or is formed by another component from element (4) for guiding air and fixed element (2). Disclosed is a method of installing element (4) for directing air to fixed element (2) of sprayer (1) by moving element (4) for guiding air and fixed element (2) relative to each other until a position is achieved in which the air guide element is not attached to the fixed member by interaction of the magnetic attraction means (6) with ferromagnetic part (8). Removal of element (4) is carried out by displacement of element (4) for air direction and fixed element (2) relative to each other until position is achieved, in which magnetic attracter (6) will no longer interact with ferromagnetic part (8).
EFFECT: assembly and disassembly of sprayer elements without risk of damage of its components.
