FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing coatings on metals using explosive energy and can be used in making parts of power and chemical plants having high heat resistance. A three-layer stack consisting of a fixed steel plate and symmetrically arranged on both sides of the fechral driver plates with thickness of 0.8–1 mm is made. Welding is carried out by explosion of said plates at specified speed of detonation of explosive charges. Height of charges of explosive substance and welding gap between plates are selected from the condition of obtaining specified speed of their collision. Then aluminizingof fechral layers of welded billet is performed in melt of silumin of AL2 grade and heat treatment of obtained billet.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the working temperature of heat-resistant coatings in oxidative gaseous media and simplify the method of producing coatings.
