FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of producing coatings on metals using explosive energy and can be used in making parts of power and chemical plants having high heat resistance. Two-layer stack of fixed steel plate and nickel-chromium driver plate with thickness of 0.8–1 mm is arranged above it. Welding is carried out by explosion of plates at specified speed of detonation of explosive charge. Explosive charge height and the welding gap between the plates are selected from the condition of obtaining the specified speed of their collision. Nickel-chromium layer of the welded workpiece is aluminized in aluminum melt and the obtained billet is thermally treated.
EFFECT: increased operating temperature of heat-resistant coating in oxidizing gaseous media and simplified method of coating production.
