SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for use in orthopaedic treatment of a patient. Structure is used for placement in implant (1) and/or on implant (1) containing abutment pin (2) and conical cap (4, 4'), which can be connected to it, wherein abutment pin (2) has cone-shaped section (5), conical outer surface (6) of which is complementary to cone-shaped inner surface (7) of cone-shaped recess (8) of conical cap (4, 4') so that conical cap (4, 4') can be arranged on section (5) and can accommodate it in at least some areas, is provided in order to place the conical cap in the correct position by as few possible steps of operation on the abutment pin and connection of the conical cap with the abutment pin as constant and load-bearing as possible, characterized in that inner surface (7) of conical cap (4, 4') and outer surface (6) of abutment pin (2) are inclined relative to each other such that conical cap (4, 4') can be connected to pin (2) of abutment by friction fixation between inner surface (7) and outer surface (6) in a manner providing resistance to stress, and/or reliable fixation and/or reliability during chewing, wherein conicity of section (5) differs from taper of recess (8). Tool (24) is configured to fix conical caps (4, 4') on abutment pin (2). Set contains tool (24) and design, and/or abutment pin, and/or conical cap.
