FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular to methods for manufacturing waveguide units of SHF range devices. Technical result is achieved by the fact that a method is proposed for manufacturing a SHF power outlet window made in the form of a flat metal base with a through hole, along which the chamfer is formed, and a glass film overlapping the hole, the edges of which are vacuum-tightly soldered to the chamfer surface, including oxidation of metal base when heated in air and use of protective gas medium to prevent oxidation of metal during soldering with glass, wherein the heating is carried out using an inductor, the pre-oxidised metal base is placed under a bulb provided with a transparent top cover, a glass film is placed on top of the metal base, then the metal base is heated with simultaneous visual observation into the microscope after the soldering of the glass film with the base and, after the region of the film soldered to the base reaches the chamfer edge, the heating temperature is increased by 8–20 °C, after formation of the junction on the whole chamfer surface, the protective gas medium is replaced with hydrogen, heating is stopped, and after cooling of the metal base, the glass film is removed outside chamfer grinding.

EFFECT: technical result of invention is to improve reliability and simplification of manufacturing process of SHF power outlet window.
