FIELD: glass; metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of metal-glass articles for electronic and radio engineering. Method of manufacturing metal-glass articles involves installation of metal and glass elements in the tool, heating to metal soldering temperature with glass in an oxidation-resistant medium. Holding at this temperature and subsequent cooling. Tooling of nickel or copper-nickel alloy containing not less than 50 % of nickel is used. Tooling is pre-annealed in vacuum at temperature not less than 1000 °C for at least 10 minutes.
EFFECT: technical result is improved quality of product, simplified process of product manufacturing, simplified manufacturing of tooling.
