FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a powder mixture for making a machine component subjected to high-temperature operating conditions, containing at least one metal-containing powder material, which is a heat-resistant superalloy, and at least one strengthening dispersant in form of powder, wherein method includes obtaining metal-containing powder material during spraying by directing gas jet into molten metal flow in spraying chamber, wherein metal-containing powder material has first average grain size, wherein when producing metal-containing powder material, controlling the first average grain size by changing the ratio of gas and metal flows in the spraying chamber, obtaining a dispersant in powder form, having a second average grain size equal to or less than 5 mcm and smaller than said first size, mixing metal-containing powder material and hardening dispersant in powder form to produce said powder mixture.
EFFECT: invention also relates to a method of making a machine component subjected to high-temperature operating conditions.
