FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for laser application of material in additive production and repair of metal components from superalloys. Flux has composition of components, which provides slag formation during cooling after laser application in amount of not more than 5 wt. % and comprises at least one component which forms, at heating during laser application, at least one gas which is heavier than air. Flux can additionally include elements of additive to superalloy, elements, providing functions of surface cleaning, cleaning of melt of impurities.
EFFECT: minimization of formation of slag using flux allows settling next layer of material without removal of slag from previous layer.
