FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of producing hard to weld material is described by additive production using a beam. Method includes a step of depositing a first layer of material on a substrate, wherein the first layer includes a main component base material fraction and a minor solder fraction, a step of depositing a second layer of base material for the component, and a step of thermally processing the arrangement of the layers. Thermal treatment includes a first thermal cycle at a first temperature higher than 1200 °C for more than 3 hours, a subsequent second thermal cycle at a second temperature higher than 1000 °C for more than 2 hours and a subsequent third thermal cycle and a third temperature higher than 700 °C in for more than 12 hours.
EFFECT: improved structural quality and improved weldability at the same time.
