FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metrology. Method of excitation of mechanical self-oscillations in an electromechanical system with a synchronous motor of an active type consists in the fact that one of the phases of the engine acting as an electric spring is connected to a direct-current source, the other phase is connected to an amplifier. At that, functions of controlled electric spring and positive feedback sensor (PFS) are combined on series connection of phases B and C of stator of three-phase synchronous motor with phase shift by 120 degrees, phase terminals B and C are supplied from regulated DC source IBC, third phase of stator A is connected to output of power amplifier, to input of which positive feedback signal is transmitted through measuring unit (MU).
EFFECT: technical result is broader functional capabilities, range of self-oscillation frequencies, high dynamic power of self-oscillation.
