FIELD: micromechanical devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to micromechanical devices, primarily small spacecrafts (SSC). Microsystem comprises fixed silicon frame (10) adhered to SSC surface (1), hinged (6) louver boards (2) with external high-reflecting metal coating, as well as bimorph actuators. Actuators have polyimide-silicon bending structure (5), fixed with bases (3) on frame (10), and shanks (4) are connected with boards (2) by means of polyimide bonds (7) with reflective coating. Said boards are earthed on SSC body via metal hinges and current-conducting holes in fixed frame 10.
EFFECT: increased efficiency, including reliability of the system, as well as simplified technology of its manufacturing.
