SUBSTANCE: process line of equipment for cold processing of road pavement on-site using asphalt-cement mixture (ACM) includes road milling machine, consumption tank for asphalt-cement mixture, mechanism for supply and spraying of asphalt-cement mixture onto road surface material, removed from roadway by road milling machine, pump for asphalt-cement mixture for pumping of asphalt-cement mixture from supply tank for asphalt-cement mixture into pumping circuit of asphalt-cement mixture and along it to mechanism of asphalt-cement mixture spraying. Heating plant is arranged in asphalt-cement mix pumping circuit between asphalt-cement mixing tank and its spraying mechanism. Heating unit includes a mixture heater unit and a heat-modifying component. Mix heater unit includes heating coil for heating of asphalt-cement mixture, arranged in pumping circuit of asphalt-cement mixture, and a burner for directing hot combustion gases through a heating coil for heating the asphalt-cement mixture.
EFFECT: heat-modifying component is designed to change amount of heat transferred by hot combustion gases of asphalt-cement mixture in heating coil.
