FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: road construction machine includes conveyor intended for movement of road construction materials. Road construction machine also includes a sensor determining presence of conditions indicating that the conveyor operates under load, and a controller which includes at least one timer. Controller receives input information including preset period of operation of fast-wearing part that is part of conveyor. Controller also receives signal from sensor, which indicates that conveyor operates under load. Timer determines the period of time during which the conveyor operates under load, and the controller compares the measured value of time, during which the conveyor operates under load, with the preset period of operation of the fast-wearing part. If the measured time value is matched with the preset period of operation, the controller sends a signal to the operator, which notifies that the worn-out part must be inspected for possible replacement.
EFFECT: timely notification that some wear parts of the conveyor may terminate their actual service life.
