FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heating systems of buildings with hot water at recuperation of heat from hot oil. Heating system of buildings by means of heat recovery from hot oil includes heat exchange means for heat transfer from hot water from heat transfer pipeline to liquid flowing in heating circuit system of buildings, wherein heat transfer pipeline is also closed into additional circuit, which is equipped with circulating pump, additional heat exchange means for heat transfer from hot oil of oil treatment system to water of additional circuit, process tank communicated with the sewage system via a control valve controlled by the control unit and a sensor which controls changes in the composition of the water in the additional circuit, installed in front of the container in the direction of the water flow and connected technologically to the control unit, wherein the building heating circuit is equipped with a drain communicated with the sewage system via an additional control valve controlled by its control unit, and an additional sensor which controls changes in the water composition in the heating circuit of the buildings, installed before draining in the direction of the water flow and connected technologically to the control unit.
EFFECT: this allows maintaining the required heat carrier temperature - hot water, increasing service life and excluding the water composition violation in the heat carrier circuit and in the buildings heating circuit due to control of the water composition in these circuits.
