FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for reproduction of potato seed material produced of meristem tubers. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that sprouts of the third-generation meristem tubers are soaked for 10–12 hours in 0.1–0.2 % aqueous solution of the biopreparation Nikfan, and when they are put into pots, the mixture is watered with the same solution.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase potatoes seed productivity and quality.
