SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plant breeding, including flax, and can be used in practice to accelerate the creation of lines of flax resistant to anthracnose using immature corcules and the culture filtrate of the fungus Colletotrichum lini. For this the immature 8-9 days fibre-flax corcules are cultured on modified selective medium (MS or Sh-2) containing 35.0 ml/l culture filtrate of the fungus Colletotrichum lini and growth regulators as part of 1.0 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine+0.05 mg/l α-naphthaleneacetic acid. The formed primary morphogenic tylosis is transferred to a modified selective medium (MS or Sh-2) containing 40.0 ml/l culture filtrate of the fungus Colletotrichum lini and growth regulators as part of 1.0 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine+0.05 mg/l 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. Then morphogenic tylosis is cultured on the modified selective medium (MS or Sh-2) containing 60.0 ml/l culture filtrate of the fungus Colletotrichum lini and hormones as part of 1.0 mg/l kinetin+0.05 mg/l 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid. Then morphogenic tylosis is cultured on a medium containing no toxic metabolites of the fungus causing anthracnose prior to formation of the shoots and the shoots are enrooted on the medium to obtain plants-regenerants.

EFFECT: invention enables to increase the rate of regeneration of genotypes of fibre-flax under selective conditions up to 35% and to accelerate the creation of lines of flax resistant to anthracnose.
