FIELD: separation; mixing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of loading a catalyst into synthesis reactor (40) such as a bubble column comprising separation circuit (21). Method includes the following steps: a) filling at least part of synthesis reactor (40) with solvent S1; b) filling at least part of separation circuit (21) of said synthesis reactor (40) with said solvent S1; c) said solvent S1 is subjected to circulation from synthesis reactor (40) to separation circuit (21) and from separation circuit to synthesis reactor (40); d) heating reactor (40) to temperature less than or equal to 100 °C; e) introducing inert gas into the lower portion of synthesis reactor (40) and increasing the pressure in synthesis reactor (40) until an absolute pressure in range of 0.1 to 0.6 MPa is achieved; f) mixing said catalyst with solvent S2 in reservoir (30) to produce solid/liquid mixture; g) increasing pressure in tank (30) to pressure of at least 0.2 MPa above pressure in synthesis reactor (40), then sending solid/liquid mixture obtained at step f) into synthesis reactor (40); h) removing at least a portion of said solvent S1 and/or S2 contained in synthesis reactor (40) and/or separation circuit (21).
EFFECT: use of disclosed invention allows loading catalyst without using pump, which reduces the formation of fine catalyst particles, and also, the catalyst is loaded at a lower temperature.
