FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of displays, namely, to display unit and method of its manufacturing, as well as to display device. Display assembly includes a matrix substrate, a box-like substrate adhered to a matrix substrate, and photosensitive device; wherein the matrix substrate includes a pixel unit for emitting light to the recognizable object, which is located on the display side of the display unit; photosensitive device is placed on the box-like substrate to form an optical signal based on the received light, which is reflected by the recognized object, and to convert the formed optical signal into an electrical signal in order to recognize said object.

EFFECT: technical result is exclusion of spurious capacitance with conductors in area of display on matrix substrate.
