SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a matrix substrate and method of its manufacture, a display panel, a display device and an electronic device. Matrix substrate contains a base, a thin-film transistor located on the surface of the base in the first region, a photoelectric sensor located on the surface of the base in the second region, intended for fingerprint identification, and a passivation layer located on the surface of both the thin film transistor and the photoelectric sensor on the opposite side of the substrate. In accordance with the technical solutions of the present invention, the photoelectric sensor can be made part of the matrix substrate by placing a photoelectric sensor on the basis of the matrix substrate. In the display device made using such a matrix substrate, a finger can be placed in the position corresponding to the second region of the matrix substrate for fingerprint identification.
EFFECT: this eliminates the need to install an additional fingerprint identification sensor in the display device, which simplifies the manufacturing operation, improves the stability and unity of the whole structure.
