FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: system includes conveyor belt with suspensions, tissue separation section and gall bladder removal unit. Each suspension is intended for transportation of a set of insides extracted from poultry carcass. Set of viscera comprises, at least, liver, stomach and gallbladder. Suspension is equipped for transportation of set of entrails through unit of separation of tissues for destruction of at least some connections of tissue in set of viscera below gall bladder and to move a set of entrails through a unit for removing gall bladder for separation from the rest of the set of viscera. Tissue separation section comprises a conveyor roll for conveying a set of entrails together with conveyor belt suspensions. Conveyor roll has an inlet section remote from a gallbladder removal assembly and an outlet section closest to a gallbladder removal assembly. Conveyor roll is inclined upward with first vertical distance from inlet section to conveyor belt, which is larger than second vertical distance from outlet section to conveyor belt.
EFFECT: invention provides separation of gallbladder without liver and stomach damage.
