SUBSTANCE: inventions are intended for use in poultry industry. Apparatus and method for removing entrails from abdominal cavity of poultry suspended by legs in first conveyor comprising a tool for gutting which is moveable inwardly and outwardly from said abdominal cavity of poultry to remove said inside from said abdominal cavity, and a gripping means gripping said inner upon their removal from said peritoneal cavity in which there is a lifting means arranged to inject below-mentioned tool for gutting after its removal from said abdominal cavity and perform relative movement upwards with respect of said tool for gutting to raise entrails of said tool for gutting and allow gripping means to grip entrails below-mentioned lifting means.
EFFECT: removing entrails from abdominal cavity of poultry.
