FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a highly elastic polymer membrane, comprising depositing a layer of colloidal silica-reinforced cross-linked polyorganosiloxane on top of a porous glass-like polymer base of a membrane and a layer of a cross-linked chemically polyorganosiloxane high-elasticity polymer on a layer of a colloidal silica-reinforced cross-linked polyorganosiloxane, in which a layer of a cross-linked chemically polyorganosiloxane highly elastic polymer on a colloidal silica-reinforced cross-linked polyorganosiloxane is formed by applying a diluted solution of a mixture of a polyorganosiloxane with an end epoxide group and polyorganosiloxane with end amino group on top surface of selective layer of colloidal silicon dioxide reinforced cross-linked polyorganosiloxane, in which said porous glassy polymer membrane base is a polymer which is selected from a group consisting of polyether sulphone, polysulphone, polyimide, polyacrylonitrile, cellulose acetate, cellulose triacetate and mixtures thereof, in which the polyorganosiloxane with an end amino group is a copolymer of amino-organomethylsiloxane and dimethylsiloxane, which contains multiple repeating units of formula (II) and use of such membranes for separation of mixtures of two or more gases or liquids.
EFFECT: invention discloses highly elastic polymer membranes for separation process.
