FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of sheet composite material reinforced with carbon fabric and metal, which can be used in various industries when designing rigid shells and coatings, resistant to aggressive media and high temperature. Sheet composite material includes layers of mineral material and reinforcing layer connected by means of binder, at that, as reinforcing layer sheet material is equipped with reinforcing metal expanded metal mesh and is made in the form of layers of basalt and / or carbon fabric and glass fabric arranged in series and symmetrically relative to reinforcing mesh and connected by means of mineral glue-binder – sodium liquid glass and hardener – sodium silicofluoride, wherein lower layers of basalt and / or carbon fabric and glass fabric with binding agent are made along reinforcing mesh perimeter with technological margin applied on upper layers of material. Ratio of sodium liquid glass and curing agent – sodium silicofluoride in mineral glue-binder – in weight parts is equal to 90–100 to 10–25.
EFFECT: invention provides higher rigidity of material, resistance at operation in aggressive media and at high temperatures.
