FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a genetically modified rodent, which expresses on the surface of its T-cells a functional humanised CD3 complex, containing chimeric human/rodent CD3ε proteins, CD3δ and CD3γ, to its cell, as well as to method of its creation. Also disclosed is a method for selecting an antigen-binding protein which induces T-cell activation, comprising administering an antigen of interest in the above genetically modified rodent.
EFFECT: invention enables effective analysis of CD3-based bispecific antigen-binding protein.
