FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely otorhinolaryngology, and refers to methods for accelerated training of otorhinolaryngologists for basic skills of endoscopic endonasal surgery by Sinus Model Otorhino-Neuro Trainer simulator (S.I.M.O.N.T). Method of training is based on repeated repetition of test task - consecutive ingestion by means of injection needle under control of endoscope in 14 training points located on significant structures of nasal cavity.
EFFECT: method provides effective mastering of skills of coordinated motions with both hands on sub-sensory and sensory levels, which reduces probability of technical errors during endoscopic examination of nasal cavity and endoscopic endonasal operations.
