FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used for accelerated training of obstetricians-gynecologists in basic endoscopic intrauterine surgery skills using a Hyst Sym training simulator. The training method is based on consecutive repetition of a test task. The test task is removal of polyps and submucous nodes using a loop electrode under control of a hysteroscopic resectoscope in 16 exercises on significant structures of the uterine cavity in a certain predetermined order without losing sight of the instrument and without complications.
EFFECT: method ensures effective and fast acquisition of motor-coordinating skill of working with both hands - with an endoscope and a loop electrode - in the uterine cavity by using a Hyst Sym training simulator and practicing performance of the task on the proposed 16 exercises on significant structures of the uterine cavity.
