FIELD: electrical industry; pulp and paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and pulp and paper industry and can be used in production of cable paper intended for insulation of cables and various electrical devices. Cable paper is a paper web from sulphate unbleached cellulose, having a deformed surface structure made in the form of transverse folds, relative elongation in the machine direction of 5-15% and specific electrical conductivity of water drawing at a hydraulic modulus of 1:50 in range of 35-110 mcS/cm. Fibres forming the frame are uniformly oriented in the machine direction and in the transverse direction. At that, deformation at destruction in machine direction is 5.0-9.5%, and in transverse direction – 6.9-11.5%. Ultimate tensile strength in machine direction is 6.5-11.0 kN/m, in transverse direction – 5.0-9.5 kN/m. Stretching index in machine direction is 70-110 Nm/g, in transverse direction – 55-80 Nm/g. Energy absorption at stretching in machine direction is 250-360 J/m2, in transverse direction – 250-420 J/m2.
EFFECT: providing isotropy of strength and elasticity characteristics of cable paper.
