SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, oncology. Haemorrhage is stopped by superimposing vascular clamps on the hepatic artery. Distal end of the common hepatic artery is mobilized. If the common hepatic artery is invaded, the possibility of an end-to-end reconstruction of the anastomosis is evaluated. If it is impossible to apply a direct anastomosis between the proximal and distal ends of the hepatic artery: considerable tension in the reconstruction area, the left gastric artery is mobilized from the mouth to the required length. After intravenous introduction of unfractionated heparin 5000 U, vascular clamps are applied on a left gastric artery. Distal end of left gastric artery is ligatured. Left gastric artery trunk is moved. Proximal end of the left gastric artery is anastomosed end-to-end with the distal end of the hepatic artery. Blood flow is restored.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the rate of hepatic necrosis, reducing the length of the vascular stage of operation and reducing the rate of postoperative complications associated with the vascular stage - reducing the time of liver ischemia, reducing the risk of developing thrombosis of the reconstruction area.
