FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: lymph dissection of retroperitoneal fiber with pancreatic lymph nodes, paraaortal area, celiac trunk, left gastric artery is conducted. At lymph dissection one should put the trunk of left gastric artery onto a tourniquet to visualize an accessory hepatic artery above the site of its branching. An ascending left gastric artery is ligated. Secondary order branches of accessory hepatic artery coming to a stomach are ligated under visual control and crossed. Esophageal gastrectomy and/or resection should be performed. The method enables to decrease the number of complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. 2 dwg, 1 ex
