CONVERSION METHOD INVOLVING USE OF INTERCHANGEABLE PROTECTIVE HYDRODEMETALLISATION LAYERS, HYDROTREATED STAGE IN BED AND HYDROCRACKING STEP IN INTERCHANGEABLE REACTORS Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C10G65/04 C10G65/12 C10G21/14 C10G27/12

Abstract RU 2726626 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for continuous treatment of hydrocarbon material containing at least one hydrocarbon fraction having a sulphur content of at least 0.1 wt. %, an initial boiling point of at least 340 °C and final boiling point of at least 440 °C, wherein the method includes the following steps: a) a hydrodemetallisation step, at which at least two interchangeable reactors are used, b) a hydrofining stage in the fixed bed, c) a hydrocracking step in a fixed bed, on which at least two interchangeable reactors are used, in the presence of a stream coming from step b), and a hydrocracking catalyst, d) a stream separation step from step c) to obtain at least one gaseous fraction and at least one heavy liquid fraction, e) precipitation step of precipitation contained in heavy liquid fraction obtained at step d), which can be carried out in three possible versions, called destabilization (e1), oxidation (e2) or oxidative destabilization (e3), f) a step for physically separating precipitation from the heavy liquid fraction obtained at step e) of deposition to obtain a fraction containing precipitation and a liquid hydrocarbon fraction with reduced content of precipitation, g) a step for recovering a liquid hydrocarbon fraction having a post-aging precipitation content of less than or equal to 0.1 wt. %, consisting in separating a liquid hydrocarbon fraction with reduced precipitation content obtained at step f) from the distillate fraction introduced at step e), which is returned to said step e).

EFFECT: technical result is increase of products conversion.
