FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for treating heavy oil feedstock for the production of liquid fuel and low sulfur fuel oil bases, preferably bunker fuel and bunker fuel bases. Method for treating a hydrocarbon feedstock in which the sulfur content is at least 0.5% by weight is described, the asphaltene content is at least 2% by weight, the initial boiling point is at least 340°C, and the final boiling point is at least 440°C, wherein the process makes it possible to produce at least one liquid hydrocarbon fraction with a sulfur content of less than or equal to 0.5% by weight and comprises the following successive steps: a) fixed bed hydroprocessing stage in which a hydrocarbon feedstock and hydrogen are contacted on at least one hydroprocessing catalyst; b) step of hydroconversion of at least a portion of the stream from step a) in at least one reactor containing a catalyst maintained in a fluidized bed state; c) step of dividing the stream from step b) to produce at least one gas fraction and at least one liquid hydrocarbon fraction; without an intermediate separation step between the hydroprocessing step a) and the hydroconversion stage b). Liquid fuel is also described.
EFFECT: technical result: proposed method allows efficient production of light fractions, liquid fuel and bases of liquid fuel with low sulfur content in high yield and high energy efficiency.
