SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an electronic insulating device configured to receive field wiring from a field element and further comprising a connection means configured to receive the overvoltage protection element to provide the device with the overvoltage protection functional capability and providing the overvoltage protection connection by field wiring, device is made so that overvoltage protection element is connected to this device and to said field wiring by means of said connection means, so that operational connection of overvoltage protection element with this device or disconnection of overvoltage protection element from this device does not require disconnection of field wiring from this device.
EFFECT: technical result is simplification of return connection and provision of reliability.
