FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to additives for reducing hydrodynamic resistance of fluid in conditions of developed flow turbulence, in particular, at pumping of drilling fluids during drilling of oil and gas wells. Anti-turbulent additive for reduction of hydrodynamic resistance of drilling fluid on water medium is a three-component acrylate copolymer with molecular weight more than 2.5⋅106 Da, consisting of acrylic acid nitrile monomers, sodium salt of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulphonic acid and acrylamide in following ratio of components, wt. %: acrylonitrile 8–12; Na-2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulphonic acid 43–58; polyacrylamide is the rest.
EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency, reduced hydrodynamic resistance of fluid in turbulent flow of not less than 60 % compared to initial model drilling mud at high temperature of up to 180 °C, with acidity of medium to pH 1,65, with mineralization of solution to 7,0 wt% of CaCl2.
