FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: chemicals for chemical treatment of drilling fluids under various mining and geological conditions. In the method for producing a complex stabilizer chemical for low-clay drilling fluids, including formation of a mixed complex based on technical sodium lignosulphonate and a structure-forming agent, a process of polycondensation of acrylamide and citric acid with formalin in the presence of hydroquinone at a temperature of 90°C is first carried out for 3 hours at the acrylamide : citric acid : formalin : hydroquinone molar ratio of 2:2:4:0.02. Next, an aqueous solution of technical sodium lignosulphonate is added to the resulting mass of the synthesized structure-forming agent in portions with constant stirring in the ratio by weight of dry substances structure-forming agent: technical sodium lignosulphonate 50 wt.% : 50 wt.% at the process temperature of 60°C and duration 2 hours. The resulting mass is cooled to the room temperature, then dried first at the temperature of 70-80°C, and then to constant weight in a drying cabinet at the temperature of 105°C.

EFFECT: efficient regulation of viscosity, filtration, rheological and structural-mechanical properties of low-clay muds under the conditions of thermal and mineral aggression, absence of toxic chromium in the chemical composition.
