FIELD: foodstuffs.
SUBSTANCE: proposed is a method for recycling soybean meal resulting in soybean flour and soy bran, wherein soybean meal is consecutively passed through 3 milling systems. Each system consists of roller machines intended to grind soybean meal, the rotation speed of the fast roller is 6.0 m/s, the ratio of circumferential velocities of the fast and slow-rotating rollers is 2.5, the fluting density of the rollers is from 8 pieces per 1 cm, the slope of the slutes is 10%, with the flutes arranged tip to tip; and a 36/40 PA polyamide sieve with a nominal hole size of 180 mcm and a monosieve diameter of 110 mcm, intended to sieve soybean flour at the end of each milling system. The tails product from the 3rd milling system, constituting soy bran, is directed to a hopper.
EFFECT: effective recycling of soybean meal into soybean flour and soy bran for the meat processing, bakery, and confectionery industries.
