FIELD: hydrogen generators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hydrogen generator and can be used in quantum hydrogen generators and quantum discriminators of frequency standards. Quantum hydrogen generator includes a resonator placed in a vacuum cap with a storage bulb connected to a source of hydrogen atoms by a vacuum line, in which there is a device for double magnetic sorting of states of hydrogen atoms, which includes a solenoid located in a magnetic screen, a hydrogen atom beam arranged between the first and second sorting magnets, arranged along the axis of propagation. Inside solenoid carcass there are two coils for creation of transverse alternating magnetic field, installed perpendicular to propagation axis of hydrogen atom beam, solenoid is made with variable winding turns its winding, wherein number of coils of solenoid along length varies according to ratio Nz=N0×e(2z/L+1), where Nz is number of solenoid turns at point with coordinate z; N0 is initial number of turns; z is a longitudinal coordinate; L is solenoid length.
EFFECT: high efficiency of using a beam of hydrogen atoms to increase the output power of the hydrogen generator.
