FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-destructive testing by eddy current method and can be used for flaw detection and determination of quality of soldering of superconducting current-conducting connections. Invention is a method for eddy current control of soldering of busbars of superconductive electromagnets by means of an eddy current control device with a converter equipped with a U-shaped type core, by exciting in the controlled connection of current-conducting busbars of eddy currents induced in it when supplying to the exciting winding of the AC converter, measuring signals of the measuring winding of the converter at two frequencies in two steps, recording signals of measuring winding of converter at two frequencies, for further detection and supply to digital indicator of control device, degree of seizure of controlled connection of buses is calculated based on readings of eddy current device.

EFFECT: technical result achieved by the claimed invention consists in reduction of influence of external geometrical sizes of connections of current-conducting buses on control results.
