FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: object of invention is device for quality monitoring of soldered connection of windings of electric machines. Scope of application of the invention is measurement equipment. Essence of invention consists in the following: device for quality control of soldered connection of windings of electrical machines includes generator of sinusoidal voltage. Generator output is connected to the input of the excitation winding of the eddy-current transformer converter, the measuring winding of which is connected to the input of the amplifier. According to the invention, the device is supplemented with a reference eddy current transformer converter. Excitation winding of reference transducer is connected in series with excitation winding of eddy current transformer converter. Both windings are connected to sinusoidal voltage generator. Measuring winding of the reference eddy-current transformer converter is connected to the input of the second amplifier. Outputs of both amplifiers are transmitted to input of phase detector, and its output is connected through low-pass filter to measuring device.

EFFECT: thanks to the proposed device, the task of simplification of the soldered connection quality control method at increase of sensitivity is solved.
