FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be applied for protection from unauthorised discharge of working fluid from hydraulic systems of road, construction, agricultural, meliorative, forestry, and industrial machines and equipment with hydraulic drive of working members. System comprises hydraulic tank, pump, distributor, drain line into hydraulic tank and shutoff device with inlet, outlet, spring cavities and spring-loaded plunger arranged in its housing, having plunger annular groove, combined with radial holes, and an axial channel communicating the inlet cavity and the spring cavity in which the stopper is arranged to shut off the axial channel of the plunger, and a shut-off device actuation monitoring system comprising a contact pair, power supply, electric circuit with control contacts, light and sound alarms, mechanism of working fluid shutdown into pressure hydraulic line, as well as vacuum pump and spool mechanisms for connection of pressure hydraulic lines supplying piston or rod cavities of hydraulic motor to it. Substance of invention consists in fact that due to application in system of hydraulic pump hydraulic pump and said slide valves there is performed suction of working fluid into hydraulic tank from damaged hydraulic lines and communicated with them of piston or rod cavities of hydraulic motor with simultaneous warning light and sound signaling operator about fault in hydraulic drive, at that, elimination of working fluid from hydraulic drive to atmosphere is excluded.

EFFECT: higher operational reliability of the hydraulic drive protection system.
