SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to protect hydraulic drive from unauthorized discharge of working fluid, includes a hydraulic tank, a pressure reducing valve, a pump, a mechanism for shutting off supply of working fluid, a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic valve, a pressure head and drain hydraulic line, an electric circuit power supply, light and sound alarms, and is equipped with a recorder of gamma radiation of labeled atoms of radionuclides dissolved in working fluid and deposited in microcracks on inner shell of high-pressure hoses, while recorder is fixedly mounted on a yoke with an H gap between outer diameter of hose and yoke that surrounds it, with possibility of reciprocating movement along hose of an electric motor and a support roller having a parabolic surface and mounted on a clamp/yoke, and roller rotates freely on axis fixed by locking rings against axial displacement, and reverse switching of electric motor is carried out by pushers located at ends of electric motor and limiters installed at ends of hoses; in addition, hydraulic drive protection system contains a controller designed to convert radionuclides gamma radiation received by recorder into an electrical pulse and transmit pulse along conductor to electrical circuit and turn off mechanism for supplying working fluid to pressure hydraulic line, as well as notifications by operator about formation of microcracks on inner shell of sleeve before its destruction.

EFFECT: increase in operational reliability of protection system of hydraulic drive of machines.
