FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: system includes a hydraulic tank, a relief valve, a pump connected by a pressure pipe to a hydraulic drive through a distributor, a drain line to the hydraulic tank and a closure device including a body with input, output, drain and dead-end cavities, input, output and drain tubes with channels mounted in the pressure pipe and connected by its input cavity to the pump output and by its output cavity to the distributor, with a spring-loaded plunger placed in the input cavity, at that the above plunger has a circular groove matched with radial openings and an axial channel communicating with the output cavity and overlapped with a thrust. The closure device is equipped additionally with a system controlling its actuation. Besides the control system comprises a power supply source, a light and sound alarm system and a mechanism cutting off the delivery of a working fluid to the input tube of the closure device.
EFFECT: improving the operational reliability of the device.
