DEVICE FOR TISSUE CLOSURE, UNIT FOR TISSUE CLOSURE AND MEDICAL INSTRUMENT Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B17/115

Abstract RU 2726991 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, in particular to a tissue closure device, a tissue closure assembly and a medical instrument. Surgical device for tissue closure comprises a base, a pressure plate interacting with the base, and a staple pusher. Pressure plate can turn relative to base and has open position and position of closing. When the clamping plate is in the closing position, the clamping plate interacts with the base to form a first containing space for accommodating part of tissue of the tubular members. Staple pusher has initial position and position of closing staples. Initial position is at the proximal end of the closing position of the staples and the first containing space. Device for tissue closure additionally comprises a stapling portion located at the distal end of the base and configured to receive at least one staple for closure. Staples pusher and part for staple arrangement are configured to jointly ensure deformation of the staple for closure located in the staple positioning portion. In the staple placement part, the second holding space communicating with the first containing space is made, wherein the height of the second containing space is greater than the height of the first containing space. Surgical tissue closure assembly comprises the above surgical tissue closure device and a closure bracket to be inserted into the tissue closure device. In the process of closing, when the staple pusher is in the initial position, the free end of the staple for closing is opposite to the staple pusher, and when the pusher of the staples is in the position of closing the staples, the free end of the staple for closing is bent under action of the pawl of the staples. Medical surgical instrument comprises a body of the instrument and a trigger handle connected to the body of the instrument. Instrument further comprises the above surgical device for tissue closure and the device is detachably connected to the tool body.

EFFECT: use of inventions enables reducing the risk of forming anastomosis fistula.
