FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular, to equipment for processing, preservation of raw material of animal and vegetable origin. Plant for preservation of raw material of animal and plant origin includes mounted on skids a mobile module. Module consists of sealed thermo-housing with heat-insulated framework located on both sides of the module, dryers, heat carrier source, blower for forced air blowing, cassettes and device for catching biologically active volatile compounds. Plant is equipped with a wall installed in the thermo-housing with the formation of the operator's room for placement of a control controller, an automation cabinet and a weight meter of the product. Room is arranged with the possibility of the preservation mode installation by the operator depending on the type of raw material. Heat source used is a hot-water boiler with a heat exchanger installed in the operator's room. Latter is arranged in drying chamber. In wall of dryer housing there installed is for removal of moisture from drying chamber ventilation branch pipe with automatic gate and arranged before it rounded slope to improve directed movement of air flow. Each cassette for unfolding biological raw material is made with movable grate trays and has their inclination regulators. Device for trapping biologically active volatile compounds is detachable and can be installed on vent branch pipe. Plant is also equipped with a control cassette placed in the drier casing to control the moisture reducer connected to the product weight meter located in the operator's room.

EFFECT: invention ensures achievement of technical result consisting in improvement of quality of products with high content of biologically active substances with simultaneous reduction of energy consumption, duration and labour intensity of preserving process.
