SUBSTANCE: under ultrasound control one should introduce transgastric and transabdominal drainages into pseudocyst's cavity, then, 10-14 d later, it is necessary to fulfill fibrogastroduodenoscopy. Under visual control at fibrogastroduodenoscopy one should guide the transgastric drainage into the stomach with the help of endoscopic pincers and an endoloop to descend it into distal duodenal departments to form, thus, a cystoduodenal stent. After that it is important to remove transabdominal drainage out of pseudocyst's cavity. The innovation enables to fulfill external-internal draining procedures of pancreatic pseudocysts at creating the conditions for adequate control and sanitation of pseudocyst's cavity and enables to prevent the development of external fistula and the relapse of pseudocyst, as well.
