Pharmaceutical complex drug—resin containing phenylephrine and sodium polystyrene sulphonate, wherein the particle size of said sodium polystyrene sulphonate before combining with phenylephrine ranges from 74 mcm to 177 mcm, and the drug—resin complex contains phenylephrine and the resin at ratio of 1.25:1 to 1.6:1. Delayed release particle for phenylephrine delivery. Pharmaceutical composition containing sustained release particle. A method for forming a drug-resin complex with a coating.
EFFECT: above-described solution group enables to obtain a drug with prolonged release.
