FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to implanted cochlear devices, which include a spherical magnet located in the center of the receiving coil and intended for holding an external transmitting coil in the required position. Cochlear implant magnet comprises a set of permanent spherical magnetic elements with equal diameters and poles N and S, upper round flat cover of non-magnetic material and lower cover made of nonmagnetic material in the form of cylinder, diameter of which is equal to diameter of top round cover, which is rigidly fixed on lower cover. Cylindrical lower cover includes annular groove coaxial to its cylinder, made with possibility of uniformly filling with set of spherical magnetic elements, for each of which there is possibility of free rotation at complete filling of ferromagnetic liquid with annular groove with spherical magnetic elements.

EFFECT: technical result of the claimed invention consists in providing a possibility of examining a patient with a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) imaging device installed with more simple means than in the known similar devices; besides, additional technical result of claimed invention is its simplification due to absence of possibility to attract metal objects (buttons, nails et cetera) to user's head in absence of speech processor.
