FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery, traumatology, and can be used in osteoplastic surgery or in the treatment of patients with bone fractures of different locations. To fix fragments and/or fragments of bones, fixators are installed under the head of which, neodymium magnets with magnetic energy from 302 to 422 kJ/m3 were placed, in the form of a ring with a countersink. Then perform a manual reposition of the fragments. Screws, screw nails, rungs, rods can be used as fixators.
EFFECT: method, due to the use of fixators with a powerful permanent rare-earth neodymium magnet allows to achieve a sufficient adhesion force and reliably fix the fragments.
